i’ve got low gpa last year and i must write an appeal letter to prove why my gpa is so low and how i can do better in the future. if it is denied i will be away from college for a year. so it is really important to me.
i’ve had depression from 2019.1 to 2019.6, and i really could not focus on study at that time. and from 2019.7 till now i get my self back to college little by little and now i truly think i can do a much better job than i used to be.
i attached the appeal letter i wrote under the question. i really dont know how to write this.

An appeal must be based on explicit and appropriately documented evidence that identifies serious and unanticipated extenuating circumstances that will no longer impact your academic performance. Such circumstances might include an extended hospitalization, a serious personal illness, emergency surgery, a serious accident, or imprisonment.
