Medical practice and nursing practice has something in commun that is better safe practices, better patient outcomes, and overall prevention of diseases. As far as the differences depend on the scope of practice. Per example the detection of cancer, medical practices would focus on what causes cancer, what diagnostics are necessary for early detection and what would be the best treatment to eradicate cancer. On the other hand in nursing practice would focus on educating the patients on preventive measures, improving the quality of life in the process of receiving chemotherapy and radiation, implementing best practices to improve and restore health and wellbeing for cancer patients.
