I’m trying to study for my Health & Medical course and I need some help to understand this question.

Nurses are generally under pressure to deliver the best care, emergency room nurses are even more exposed to high stress levels considering the work set up.The emergency room is a high adrenaline area and with long work hours (12 hour shifts ) with no proper breaks can easily lead to extreme burn out and high agitation levels.ED nurses may be seen as non empathetic while in actual sense they need more compassion themselves.
