Charisma is a very important characteristic for a leader. Sinek discusses different leaders who were able to motivate using charisma. We know that charisma and energy are two different things. For this discussion, describe what you believe it means to be charismatic. This may not be as easy as you may first think. In order to help you discuss what it means to be charismatic, I would like for you to identify leaders that you find to be charismatic. What is it about them that you find to be charismatic? What can you learn from them that will help you build or refine your own charisma?
