I am still in the planning stage. I am not where I want to be, but I am learning what I need to do to get there. Unfortunately, in my area, the career I wish to be in has no paying opportunities without a degree, and while I would like to intern, I simply cannot afford to.

Hello everyone,
As of right now I am not in a management position. From being in the position that I am in now I know firsthand what I have to offer as a manager as well as some qualities that are needed based on what my current manager lacks. If and when I receive a management position a solid foundation if needed based on what I have learned from this course and at work. As an example, patients and being open with your employees are needed to be a quality manager.
