Human Resource Management in the Hospitality Industry
You will develop a literature review paper (about 15 pages, excluding tables, figures, and references) and conduct an eight-minute presentation (plus three minutes for questions and answers), concerning the current state of research in one of the research areas listed below (or you may choose another area/topic of your interest but it must be related to human resource management or organizational behavior). In this paper, you are expected to provide a comprehensive review of the research in major hospitality and tourism journals.
