Create

• A minimum of 5 JSAs related to your topic
• Evaluate the hazards related to your topic
  • List the hazards
  • Evaluate the hazards using a risk assessment code without controls
  • Describe the controls
  • Re-Evaluate the hazards with controls using risk assessment code

    I have created one of the JSA’s already. I have attached the file for that. I want the other JSA’s to be look like that.
    For the second part ( risk assessment code) please see the power point slides that I have attached in order for you to do it.
