Please write a short introduction and conclusion (max. 1 page each). Pick ONE (key word, one) of the topics from the second half of the semester (i.e. motivation, teams, diversity and team norms, or organizational culture) and write how you would implement/design it in an organization (3 pages). The paper will be describing a hypothetical company you designed from scratch using one of the concepts learned throughout the course.
If you choose motivation, you can draw from both modules in the course. Describe and discuss how the topic will be handled and implemented within the company. Please include a joint introduction (i.e. what is the company’s name, what does it do/sell, where is it located, etc.) and a summary/conclusion (i.e. how do the described approaches increase the chances for success).
