the issue (A unit has experienced a significant drop in patient satisfaction with the primary complaints being a lack of communication to patients and their family members).
The assignment is to find an Evidence Based Practice Nursing Journal that propose a move towards a Patient – Family centered care environment that would address this issue. From this Journal i need to get only 2 examples of each element of S.W.O.T. which is (Strength, weakness, opportunities, Threats) with citation of the journal itself.
