- Part 1: In a posting of at least 500 words, identify at least three ways that you, as IBM’s Director of Human Resources, could tailor your ordinary responsibilities in a way that would support the values that are presented on the website. In doing so, make clear what value(s) identified on the website your choices would support and why.
- Part 2 : Reply to two other class members’ posts. In each case address the following issue:
- Do you believe that the choices the fellow student made were consistent with IBM’s commitment to environmental sustainability? In other words, would the three choices actually promote that value? Give reasons for assessment. (I will post them after the initial response is posted)
