Need a proposal for my capstone. My capstone is stress in U.S. Navy recruiting. The business plan is to take the current day to day recruiting process and change it. The change will be instead on one person doing the complete recruiting process it will be broken up. The different parts consist of prospecting, which is going out to get the applicant. Then processing them, which consists of a head to toe physical by a Navy physician, references, security clearance, tattoo forms and transcripts. The concept is to take the full process of one person and spread it through 3 or 4 people to relieve stress. With this I will need the background of navy recruiting, descrition of the project which is above, and the problem.
