Identify an article in a peer-reviewed journal that uses statistics to evaluate or analyze a program or public policy. (Use a journal such as Public Administration Review, American Political Science Review, et cetera. These are available online through the library.) In a few paragraphs, describe the article, its purpose, and how hypotheses are used within the article. Give a detailed description of the hypotheses tested, how the author(s) presented them, if they are one or two tailed, etc. (Note: the article may use statistics/forms of hypothesis tests other than the ones we have discussed in class so far. But, you should be able to understand the logic of the hypotheses themselves without knowledge of the particular test.) Be sure to include a full bibliographical reference to the article. /0x4*
