Need help with my Biology question – I’m studying for my class.

In this assignment I just need a short script written out. I don’t need any references. I have to do a short video so this is basically arguing a case to the judge.
Option 2: A person with epilepsy was brought to trial for assault. The lawyer argues that her client is not a criminal and that the assaults in question were complex partial seizures. She points out that her client takes her medication faithfully but that it does not help. The prosecution lawyer argues that the defendant has a long history of violent assault and must be locked up. What do you think the judge should do?
