Learning proposal guidelines are provided in the attached orientation packet. I have also attached the Learning Proposal Form which needs to completed according to the guidelines. The first part of the Learning Proposal Form has been completed, you just have to complete the second part. I am pursuing BS in Laboratory Management and I need to take a workplace course in order to graduate. I choose the Manufacturing Technician I position for the workplace.
