In Module Two, I submitted Milestone One (draft of introduction), and in Module Four, I submitted Milestone Two (draft of methods and results).

For this discussion, you will create and post a PowerPoint presentation that summarizes the key points of your introduction, methods, and results sections. Be sure to include slide notes as well. This is a valuable opportunity for you to share your work so far with your peers and review their work as well. Provide helpful feedback and ask any questions you have about their presentations.

This paper is for an admissions essay for Clinical PsyD.

Included in the essay, here is some information about myself
⁃ I have been working at an agency for over two years working with children and their families working on family dynamic, communication skills, trauma, self-esteem, anger management, behavioral issues, emotional, and attachment issues.
⁃ I work with children that are on the spectrum
⁃ My cases are involved with Tri-County Care Management Organization, Mobile Response and Stabilization Services, and DCP

Write a statement describing your personal educational and professional goals and discuss what you hope to gain from doctoral study at the LIU Post. Write upper-right-hand corner of each sheet and include the heading “Personal Statement” on the top of each page.

Because our doctoral program is specifically geared to training clinical practitioners, your personal statement should address two or more of the following:

Your specific goals in applying to our clinical psychology doctoral program
The scope and nature of any prior clinical experience
Your experience in clinical research and/or interest areas in clinical psychology research
The type of research you would like to get involved in while in the LIU Post program. Additionally, applicants may want to discuss how our program in particular aligns with your educational needs in terms of learning environment, academic culture, commitment, and mentorship needs.

Social Psychology is a part of our everyday lives. This assignment will use data from a career assessment given by myself (referred to in the first person or as “the Candidate”, do not use ‘counselor’!) to an adolescent(referred to as “adolescent” or “student”) within a school counseling environment. The results of this assessment, the iStartStrong assessment, are attached. They are the result of a real 16-year-old student’s responses. Write a one sentence qualitative purpose statement that embodies the single purpose of your potential study. It should begin like this: “The purpose of this qualitative study is to [verb: determine, examine, investigate, etc.) [state the purpose of your study or project].”
