Problem Space:
You are a consultant hired to review reentry programs in Los Angeles County. You were hired by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors. Your contract asks you to review the programs overseen by the Health Services of Los Angeles County. Office of Diversion and Reentry. Review their programs, RICMS, Sector, College and Career, LA Free the Vote, Invest, Fair Chance Campaign, and Breaking Barriers.
After reviewing the programs, identify the best practices for expansion and replication to other states. You must identify the strengths and weakness of the program. You will also recommend what activities can be added to future studies. You will make your report in a memorandum for the Record.

Criteria for Correspondence
Using a basic memorandum, write a BLUF to the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors that identifies the program you think is the best for expansion and replication. After conducting research, you must write a basic memorandum that follows the following criteria:

Half your grade will be based on writing mechanics and the other half on how well you address the problem space.
