This sport and recreation program you select can be designed for any population, including children, youth, adults, and seniors. It can be designed for people with all levels of ability. It can be a program considering other individual characteristics (e.g., sex, sexual orientation, ethnicity…etc.). You may find those programs by looking into the websites of a city park and recreation agency, a for-profit sport and recreation agency, and a non-profit organization. Many agencies provide multiple programs. You can focus your discussion on one program. For example, if an agency provides swimming programs for kids, adolescents, and adults, you can use one of those programs for discussion.
In this paper, some questions might be answered with actual information, such as the organization’s mission, vision, and history, while others require logical thinking. For example, You need to explain what and why a leadership style(s) is suitable for the target clients. Use the concepts learned from the textbook or from your own research to support your explanation.
