For this group assignment, you will be putting together a graphical abstract to show the design
and primary results of this study. Please refer to the pre-recorded slide presentation in ICON for
more information about graphical abstracts.
You can make your graphical abstract in any program that you think is best. Commonly used
programs would include Powerpoint, Adobe Illustrator, Word, or Inkscape. Powerpoint will
probably work the best for this assignment, unless you already have experience using the other
programs for this type of work.
There are no restrictions on the way you put together your abstract, except that it must include
the following components in order to receive all of the points:
Combination of text and figures
Randomization scheme
Timepoints of data collection/follow-up
Types of data to be collected
Primary outcome (results) of the study
