Managers face decisions that impact the organization and a variety of stakeholders, including employees. After reading Case 7.2 in Chapter Seven, from the perspective of reducing working hours in your current or past organization, answer the following:

1. Determine the impact of morale on company culture. 2. Identify the type of leadership style needed to manage this type of working environment. 3. Evaluate two different organizational structures and how effective each structure would be in this type of working environment. 4. Discuss emerging trends locally and/or globally for companies and/or countries that are adopting the reduced-hours practices. a. What are some of the benefits from HR perspective that these companies and/or countries noticing in employees, productivity, moral, and overall benefits to the reduced work hours implemented?
